2.2.3 Data Field -- DF0 to DF7
DF contains different bytes according to different CF types.
Note: ABS0-ABS2 indicates the low to high position data of a single turn of the encoder, while ABM indicates the low to high position data of multiple turns. ENID Indicates the ID of the encoder. The default value is 0x17H.
ALMC is the encoder fault flag bit. For details, see 2.3.
