●  CANopen is an open and standardized application layer protocol based on CAN. It not only defines the application layer and communication sub-protocols, but also defines a large number of profiles for programmable systems, different devices, interfaces, and application sub-protocols, and develops in compliance with these profiles. The CANopen device will be able to achieve interoperability between products of different companies. The CiA DSP-406 specification is applicable to encoder products of various manufacturers, and sets standards for the additional functions of each manufacturer's products. The encoders of the ADK series comply with the DSP-406 equipment specification.

●  The encoder's working mode (polling mode or automatic mode), station number, encoder's counting direction, single-turn resolution, number of turns and other parameters are programmed.

● The transmission rate of CANopen bus encoder is faster than MODBUS.

● It has strong versatility and can be used in conjunction with Siemens PLC, Mitsubishi PLC, Delta PLC, etc., and can also be used alone with the control board.

●  It is widely used in places where multiple encoders are used at the same time. The application of wheel shaft steering of beam trucks accounts for up to 60% of the domestic Adike CANopen encoder products.
